Ellicott City medical cannabis dispensary set to open

Trilogy Wellness of Maryland LLC is set to open its medical dispensary in early March on Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City. The dispensary gave a sneak peek to potential clients on Friday. At first, the 4200-square-foot dispensary will be open by appointment only, with plans to be open to the public after its grand opening later in the month.

The Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission has issued dispensary pre-approvals to 102 companies. As of Jan. 29, the commission had issued 30 dispensary licenses.
