Court of Appeals rejects White's due-process challenge

Maryland’s top court Tuesday unanimously upheld a Baltimore judge’s public reprimand for judicial misconduct, saying a disciplinary body gave her sufficient notice and opportunity to be heard even if its proceedings were not the model of constitutional due process.
