As a public defender in Baltimore City Natasha M. Dartigue is in a position to provide a voice for those who live their daily lives with their voices muted. After many years of practice, she says she is still moved by how advocacy can restore human dignity, often because of the outcome of a criminal case.

In addition to her work, Dartigue is a mentor and work site sponsor for City Neighbors High School, president-elect of the Monumental City Bar Association, and Y of Central Maryland Community Leadership Board member.
