In this appeal, Thomas Bartenfelder (“Husband”) challenges an order of the Circuit Court for Harford County appointing a receiver for three entities he owns jointly with his estranged wife, Kimberly Bartenfelder (“Wife”). At oral argument, both parties consented to the entry of an order vacating the receivership and remanding the case for further proceedings.
