This renovated Ocean City hotel has 3 pools, 2 penthouses and cookies

Harrison Group Hotels, a family-owned Ocean City business, on Tuesday officially opened the DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront.

The hotel, which recently completed a multimillion dollar renovation, is five blocks from the Ocean City Convention Center and six blocks from the boardwalk at at 3301 Atlantic Avenue.

The new hotel features two outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a beach volleyball court. As part of the renovations, the hotel has updated guest rooms, a new lobby, new furniture, technological enhancements and new dining options.

Meeting spaces include a 5-bedroom penthouse with 4,800 square of outdoor space, a 4-bedroom penthouse, a boardroom and the Marlin Moon Restaurant and Bar.

The hotel also offers DoubleTree’s signature chocolate chip cookie to guests at check-in.
