Amy Kushner was named director of business development with Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty while Jeffrey Snyder, Jeri Vigneri, Lucy Renehan, Anne Chong, Sharon Cremen and Michele Utz have joined the firm as Realtors.

Kushner will serve as assistant manager of Homesale’s Baltimore metro office and regional recruiter for the entire Baltimore region. Throughout her career as a real estate team manager, she has coached and mentored countless new and veteran agents toward success, created systems to support and leverage agents, planned and executed client appreciation events, and has even assisted in more than 400 transaction closings. Her experience provides her with the expertise needed to lead others toward success.

With 35 years of previous sales experience and having successfully owned his own business, Snyder brings experience, knowledge, and dedication to his new position. As a resident of Owings Mills for 20 years, Vigneri enjoys spending time with his two children. He will focus on residential sales in Baltimore County.  She brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position, having been involved with the Maryland Multi-Housing Association until 2015, as well as managing properties for the past 25 years. Vigneri has lived in Forest Hill for 14 years with her husband and daughter and will focus on residential sales in Baltimore and Harford counties.

As a long-standing resident of Woodbine, Renehan brings a decade of sales experience with her to this new position. She will focus on residential sales in Howard, Carroll, Baltimore and Frederick counties.

Chong will join Berkshire Hathaway as a member of the Ritchie Team. As a resident of the Timonium community for five years, Chong will focus in residential sales for Baltimore city, as well as Baltimore, Howard, Harford, and Carroll counties and selected areas in Pennsylvania.

Cremen join Berkshire Hathaway as a member of the Cremen & Utz team. She brings 14 years of experience in real estate and vast knowledge with a degree in business administration and marketing. She has been living in Manchester for 16 years with her husband and two daughters and will focus on residential sales for Carroll County.

Utz brings over 14 years of experience to her new position. She has lived in Hanover for more than six years with her husband and three boys and wiill focus on residential sales in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
