Condor Hospitality Trust to pay 3Q dividends

Condor Hospitality Trust Inc., a hotel-focused real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, will pay a third quarter dividend of 19.5 cents per share, payable Oct. 3 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 21. That dividend represents an annualized yield of roughly 7.5 percent, based on the Sept. 7 closing price of the company’s stock, according to Condor.

The company will also pay a dividend of 15.625 cents per share on its 6.25 percent Series E cumulative convertible preferred shares, payable on Oct. 1.
