Spencer P. Pollock, Esq. and Preston P. Heck II, Esq. have joined Niles, Barton & Wilmer LLP as litigation associates.

As a trial lawyer, he has first-chair trial experience in district and circuit courts, including jury trials. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of the South. Pollock is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, the Baltimore County Bar Association, Maryland Defense Counsel and is a certified mediator. He has represented clients in a pro bono capacity as a member of the Maryland Volunteer Legal Service. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional and assists clients in navigating federal and state privacy and data governance laws.

heck-preston-niles-barton-and-wilmerHeck focuses his practice in general commercial litigation, insurance coverage matters, property insurance law and subrogation in Maryland. He graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts in history in 2014 and received a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2017. Previously, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. J. Michael Wachs of the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court in Annapolis. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Baltimore City.
