Maryland computing firm lands $44.7M federal contract

An Ellicott City computing company has a contract worth up to $44.7 million with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Data Computer Corp. of America’s contract is to develop the Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program Financial system over four years, the company announced Wednesday.

The new system is intended to consolidate five different smaller systems onto one technology platform.
