Charles “Chip” Warner has joined the executive leadership team with the Y in Central Maryland as its new chief operating officer.
He provides executive leadership for all of the Y’s operating units and program areas, overseeing all senior-level operations leaders.
Warner has spent the past 14 years at Erickson Living, bringing a range of both operational and cross-organizational experience to the Y.
Most recently, he held the role of regional vice president of operations, where he led operations for nine large-scale continuing care retirement communities across five states, providing comprehensive health care, wellness and hospitality services to community residents. At Erickson Living, Warner was responsible for more than $550 million in operations and more than 7,000 employees serving over 13,000 seniors. Additionally, he led the planning and implementation of major capital projects totaling more than $200 million annually.
