Keller Williams Legacy
Inspirational, energetic and positive are just some of the words that describe Tina Beliveau’s leadership style. After founding local real estate team The Beliveau Group in 2013, she grew the company from $15 million to $48 million in annual sales volume in just two years.
The Beliveau Group joined Keller Williams Legacy in 2015 and Beliveau was promoted to CEO of Keller Williams in 2017. In this short time, she has grown the real estate office to No. 1 in Maryland and tops in the Baltimore region by houses sold, volume of houses sold and number of agents.
Overseeing six full-time employees and more than 400 real estate agents, Beliveau focuses on making a positive impact upon as many people as possible.
“I focus on driving growth, creating a culture of productivity and business mindset (often sorely lacking in real estate agents) and modeling and encouraging every realtor who comes in contact with our firm to adopt the same philosophies about life and business,” she said.
Her training and business models have helped Keller Williams Legacy become the 25th most profitable franchise out of 805 in the company in just four years of existence. She knows she is changing the lives of each agent she trains and considers it the most rewarding work she’s ever done.
“What I know is that when agents join our company, adopt our technology, come to our training and implement our models, their lives transform – they make more money which funds their lives and their dreams,” she said.
