At 31, Aubreana Stephenson Holder became the youngest person at the multimillion-dollar government contracting company, Federal Management Systems, Inc., to achieve the role of chief operating officer.

In the role, she works with the human resource and payroll departments as a project manager and leads on contract negotiations for the company.

Stephenson Holder spent the earlier part of her career as an attorney at the Silver Spring offices of Henry & Maddox.

“At the outset, Mrs. Stephenson Holder demonstrated the level of maturity, intuitiveness, quick grasp of legal issues and a keen desire to learn litigation that one generally finds in seasoned attorneys,” Jeanett Henry, who currently runs her own firm, said.

Fully engaged in her community, Stephenson Holder also serves as technology chairman for the North Atlantic Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and the co-chair of technology for the National Harbor Chapter of Jack and Jill of America Inc. She’s also a charter member and vice president of public relations with the Prince George’s County Women’s Bureau Chapter of Toastmasters International, and is the co-chair of communications for the Eastern Area of The Links, Inc.
