Christine Murphy’s career has been focused on what is fair and right, both as a prosecutor and now in private practice.

Murphy started her career as an assistant state’s attorney prosecuting homicides in Prince George’s County. She is now a personal injury attorney pursuing justice for people injured through the negligence of others. Murphy stands out in the courtroom by being prepared and tenacious, according to those who work with her.

“She worked tirelessly around the clock, and that work ethic and determination brought the best out in those around her,” Prince George’s Detective Allyson Hamlin said. “She was undaunted by difficult cases and often approached problematic issues by pushing the envelope on a level others were deterred by.”

Murphy has given trial advocacy training to trial attorneys, especially new prosecutors, and trial testimony training to police officers.

“My commitment to inspiring change starts with trying to personally do what is fair and just in my cases and in my own life,” Murphy said.
