Stephanie Erhueh, a real estate professional for four years, was named manager of the Waldorf and Lexington Park offices with Long & Foster Real Estate.

Erhueh, who brings significant career achievements to her new position, is well respected in the local Realtor community. She joined the Long & Foster family in 2015, starting as an associate in the Fort Washington office. Since then, she has achieved great success in her business, earning the distinction of being named Rookie of the Year and Rookie Top Producer for the company’s southern Maryland region in 2016.

Her successes and knowledge of real estate led to a new role with Long & Foster as a trainer in 2017, and she began teaching new agents how to propel their real estate careers into the highest levels of success. In 2018, Erhueh was honored with the Long & Foster President’s Club award.

Prior to joining Long & Foster, Erhueh was a director and project manager with E-volve Technology Systems Inc., where she managed reporting systems that permitted timely data flow among stakeholders. She was also a program manager in the department of employment services with the government of the District of Columbia and director of tutor services and classroom programs with Summit Educational Group.

Outside the office, Erhueh is a certified Zumba instructor.  She is also a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

I would have worked as a PMP (certified Project Management Professional) because I thoroughly enjoy leading teams while managing project lifecycles and their respective requirements and deliverables.

My favorite vacation was when I visited Bahia, Brazil. It was life-changing!

I get in the kitchen and try to put my spin on a new recipe from one of my many bookmarked cookbooks.
