Charles “Chad” Joseph, an attorney in private practice for more than 23 years, has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. His induction ceremony took place at the college’s 2019 spring meeting in La Quinta, California.
Joseph is a partner in the Baltimore firm of Baxter, Baker, Sidle, Conn & Jones. Before entering private practice, Joseph clerked for Judge Robert F. Fischer on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
The college is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada. Fellowship is extended by invitation only and after careful investigation to those experienced trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds, whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of 15 years of trial experience before they can be considered for fellowship.
