A Rockville science and technology firm has expanded its team for a Food and Drug Administration contract.

DSFederal Inc. will work with Coursera Inc. of Mountain View, California, an online learning company; Dale Carnegie & Associates Inc. of New York, a training company and Georgetown University in Washington to bid on task orders on the contract. The $100 million integrated services blank purchase agreement is the FDA’s primary contract for training support services, learning management, program and project management, and human capital management.

Georgetown University and DSFederal will offer a co-branded professional certificate in project development to the FDA.

Sophia Parker, Founder and CEO of DSFederal, said the strategic partnerships would increase the company’s capabilities in professional development, leadership development and customized training.
