Attention Maryland attorneys in private practice: Watch your email inbox for an invitation to participate in the Maryland Lawyers Confidence Index survey.
A project of The Daily Record and the Maryland State Bar Association, the confidential survey seeks input from private attorneys about the economic factors influencing their practices.
We use the survey responses each quarter to calculate the Maryland Lawyers Confidence Index, which gained 5 points in June. In that poll, nearly half of respondents said their firms planned to invest in new technology this quarter.
The deadline to complete the five-question survey is Friday, Aug. 30. Simply click on the link that appears in your invitation email to get started. The survey takes only a minute or two to complete.
If you did not receive an invitation, click here to be added to the list for the December survey. Your name and survey responses remain confidential.
