Skylight Creative Ideas

titelman-jr-bob-mf-0739Bob Titelman Jr. and his team approach each client interaction at Skylight Creative Ideas like a consultation. He makes sure the clients are getting the right products for their goals, and everything is on point with their branding.

“If their products are a success and their logo looks good then, in turn, we look good as well,” Titelman said.

Titelman started his career as a financial advisor before joining his family’s Bel Air company, Skylight Creative Ideas, as an account manager in 2007.

His father, also Titelman Jr.’s professional mentor, asked him if he would try it for six months. He stuck with it, and in 2014 he was given the opportunity to become a partner and one day take over the business that his father founded in 1977.

Titleman said he came to love the promotional products industry and is currently the president of the Chesapeake Promotional Products Association.

He earned his bachelor’s in economics from East Carolina University, but for a year majored in studio art. Now, he draws on that artistic background to be more creative with designs.

Titelman meets people all the time who recognize his name because his father is also Bob Titelman and is well known in the industry.

“My father instilled a great work ethic and a drive to help create long-lasting relationships with clients and our factory partners,” Titelman said.
“He’s the best at what he does and he just knows the industry in and out too,” he said.

Titelman Jr. served on the Harford Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals committee, including helping with local projects benefiting Habitat for Humanity and the Education Foundation.

He was also on the board of the Center Club Young Members and helped with a toy drive for the House of Ruth at the club’s holiday party.
