Christopher C. Jeffries
Kramon & Graham P.A.
As a litigator, Christopher C. Jeffries is a problem solver.
“I strive every day to resolve the legal challenges facing my clients,” he said. “A big part of my job is to relieve the weight of the litigation process from my clients’ shoulders so they can return their focus to running a successful business or resuming a leadership role within the community or, as often is the case, both.”
Born in Washington, D.C., Jeffries grew up wanting to be a lawyer.
“I enjoy helping people, and there is something about the law that just appeals to me,” he said. “Being able to take a client’s problem and use the law to help develop a solution has always been appealing to me.”
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University, he obtained his Juris Doctor from George Washington University School of Law. He worked for Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP for nearly 10 years as an associate and later counsel before coming to Kramon & Graham P.A., where he was named a principal in 2017.
With a passion for working with young people, Jeffries serves on the boards of Charm City Youth Lacrosse League and Baltimore Center Stage.
“I live in the city,” he said. “I work in the city. I think it is important for people to give back to their community. I grew up playing sports and played sports through college. I got a lot out of playing sports so being able to give back in that way is fun and I think it is rewarding. Baltimore Center Stage does amazing work throughout the community and especially the work that they do with children is amazing. It makes me feel good to be a part of it.”
