After a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Brandon Jarvis Heigh, appellant, was convicted of second-degree murder.1 He was sentenced to incarceration for a term of 30 years. This timely appeal followed. QUESTIONS PRESENTED Appellant presents the following three questions for our consideration: I. Did the circuit court err in denying appellant’s motion to suppress evidence and request for a Franks hearing? II. Did the circuit court err in denying a pre-trial motion to exclude evidence concerning Facebook posts and messages, e-mail messages, and texts? III.
