Appellant Frank Barnett was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of wear, carry, and transport of a handgun on person; possession of a regulated firearm; and conspiracy to wear, carry, and transport a handgun on person. Appellant presents the following questions for our review: “1. Did the State withhold material evidence favorable to Appellant in violation of Brady v.
