Greenberg Gibbons announced it has added four professionals to its accounting team. John Chau and Chris Thiell join as accounting managers, Hope Gill as a property accountant and Maria Malzone as accounts payable manager.
Chau brings more than seven years of experience in commercial real estate and public accounting. He was previously a project accountant at Hines Interests Limited Partnership, a Texas-based real estate investment and development company. Chau is a licensed CPA in Maryland and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Thiell comes to Greenberg Gibbons with more than five years of experience in commercial real estate and public accounting. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he was a tax staff accountant with Baltimore CPA firm Arthur Bell and a staff accountant with Heritage Properties.
Gill joins with more than 13 years of experience. She was previously with Maryland accounting firm KatzAbosch and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Malzone joins Greenberg Gibbons from Bay Management Group. She is currently studying at Anne Arundel Community College and will receive an associate degree in business administration next fall.
