Sarah Rose David
Senior Assistant State Prosecutor
Office of the State Prosecutor
Sarah Rose David can’t say much about her work identifying and prosecuting public corruption — most of what she does as a senior assistant state prosecutor is confidential — but she’s always looking to make positive connections in her personal and professional lives.
“I believe in success through connectivity,” she said. “The more we are connected to one another and learn from one another, the stronger our society will be.”
David is building connections through her mentoring and volunteer work. She has organized a mentoring program for young professionals who meet with children in the Harambee Center in west Baltimore. About 100 mentors provide the children with professional networks that complement their interests. She has also started a program where volunteers write thank-you notes to Maryland military veterans on Veterans Day.
David is the co-chair of the Baltimore City Partnerships Commission at Associated Jewish Charities and a member of other organizations, such as the Jewish Volunteer Connection Board, Second Decade Society of the Johns Hopkins University Alumni Association and the Johns Hopkins University Alumni Women’s Affinity.
