Cheryl Glenn, advocate for medical cannabis program, resigns from Md. legislature (access required)

Del. Cheryl Glenn, D-Baltimore and a leader within the city delegation and Legislative Black Caucus, resigned abruptly from the House of Delegates effective Wednesday.
