Patriot Construction lands spot on $125M federal contract

A construction company based in Calvert County has been awarded a position on a federal contract with a $125 million ceiling.

Dunkirk-based Patriot Construction LLC was awarded the indefinite delivery, indefinite quality contract for design-build construction services in support of the General Services Administration’s Special Programs Division. Patriot will bid on task orders on the contract over the next five years.

The contract supports numerous federal agencies, including the departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Agriculture, Commerce and Justice.

Trixi Spiers, director of public relations for Patriot, said in a news release that the award is a major milestone for the company and that it looks forward to supporting the GSA in the coming years.
