A jury, in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, convicted Jason Herring, appellant, of first-degree felony murder, attempted second-degree murder, two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, home invasion, and knowingly possessing a regulated firearm after having been convicted of a disqualifying crime.
