Carlton Robinson, and Justin Walton, three lawyers with S&A (“the S&A Lawyers”); Gohn Hankey & Berlage, LLP (“GH&B”), a Baltimore law firm; H. Mark Stichel, a lawyer formerly with GH&B; and Portfolio Media, Inc. (“PMI”), operator of Law360, a subscription-based legal news service – – and also Shayna Posses and Steven Trader, reporters for Law360.
