His practice focuses on estate planning and administration, trusts, and general business and corporate law. Lee’s estate-planning work includes a special emphasis on the unique needs of same-sex couples and other members of the LGBTQ community.
Lee is a pro bono attorney and board member at FreeState Justice, which provides free legal services to Maryland’s low-income LGBTQ residents. He also sits on the board of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where he teaches Estates & Trusts as an adjunct professor. He is a frequent author and lecturer on topics related to estate planning and LGBTQ law.
