What do you consider your most significant professional accomplishment?
When I started in commercial real estate, there were not many women in the brokerage fi eld. Today it is still a male-dominated industry. So while this isn’t a single accomplishment, I pride myself on working with and mentoring women in the business to ensure their continued success.

Please share about your commitment to mentoring and the impact it has had on your life.
I am the co-chair of the Steering Committee for Leadership U, an organization that through Leadership Howard County, works with teenagers in their junior year of high school, providing leadership opportunities through community-focused project work. Professional mentoring is a big part of my work life, but working with these
teenagers provided such a rewarding experience for me. I think I learned just as much as they did over those sessions!
