Criminal procedure — Motion for new trial — Newly discovered evidence

Lionel Perry (“Appellant”) filed a motion for a new trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City after a jury convicted him of reckless endangerment. The circuit court denied the motion and sentenced Appellant to five years of imprisonment. Appellant raises one question on appeal, which we have rephrased for clarity: I. Did the trial court abuse its discretion in denying Appellant’s motion for new trial?
