Adam D. Baker, R. Kelvin Antill and Jamar R. Brown were elected as a partner of Rosenberg Martin Greenberg LLP.
Antill has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, as both a lawyer and on the development side. His commercial real estate practice focuses on contract negotiations, financing, construction, leasing, land use, and entity structuring and organization.
Baker represents developers, institutions, property owners and companies in a variety of transactional and administrative real estate matters. practice includes representation before government and regulatory organizations and counseling clients on issues related to the entitlement and permit processes, including use restrictions, off-street parking requirements, stormwater management, historic preservation, traffic mitigation, green building requirements and incentives, and inclusionary housing obligations, among others.
Brown works in the firm’s litigation department. He routinely advises and advocates for business and property owners, as well as investors, on high-stakes legal matters that directly affect their livelihood. He also assists entities and business leaders who find themselves facing criminal or regulatory investigations, or other enforcement actions, and aim to remove uncertainty and unease from otherwise arduous processes. Brown was recently named to the 40 Under 40 Baltimore Business Journal list in 2020 as well as being honored as one of CLIA’s Inspiring Voices.
