Criminal law — Sufficiency of evidence — Unauthorized removal of property

Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, Delinta White, appellant, was convicted of second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, unauthorized removal of property, telephone misuse, and harassment. The court imposed a sentence of ten years for second-degree assault, four years for unauthorized removal of property, three years for telephone misuse, and 90 days for harassment. The court ordered all sentences to be served consecutively, for a total sentence of 17 years and 90 days. Appellant presents three questions for our review …
