Nemphos Braue, a Baltimore-based firm with expertise driving legal and business value for clients, recently added corporate associate Matthew L. Allison.
Allison will be supporting clients across a number of industries while leveraging his background in mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate governance. He also has previous experience collaborating on deal terms and managing multiple client requests throughout the deal-life process, overseeing general corporate issues and business law, and interpreting complex organizational documents.
He joins Nemphos Braue from Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr in Baltimore, where he helped advise clients and conducted research on corporate governance issues, including SEC rules and securities.
