Morgan Willey, appellant, filed a complaint for wrongful termination against her former employer, Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners (“BSBSC”) and Baltimore City Public Schools (“BCPS”), appellees, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Appellees filed a motion to dismiss, alleging that the complaint was filed more than three years after the date of her termination, and therefore, it was barred by the statute of limitations.

The circuit court granted appellees’ motion to dismiss. It then denied appellant’s motion to alter or amend the judgment. On appeal, appellant presents the following questions for this Court’s review …
