Ethan Zweig
Director of Project Management,
Tradepoint Atlantic

zweig-ethanAs director of project management for Tradepoint Atlantic, Ethan Zweig is an instrumental force in turning a tenant’s vision into a built reality. By managing the lifecycle of a project from conception through design and construction, Zweig promotes constructive collaboration among all project stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Zweig brings project management and engineering expertise, helping Tradepoint Atlantic “embark on a new era ushering in a modern industrial revival of a former steel mill.” In just four months after joining the firm, he was promoted from project manager to director of project management.

In his over 13 years of experience in the field, he’s been instrumental in some of Baltimore’s major commercial projects, including Guinness Open Gate Brewery, the Volkswagen processing facility, the Amazon fulfillment center and many of MedStar Health’s ambulatory service centers.

He is most proud of contributing to the social and economic fabric of the Baltimore region, Zweig said. “All projects have a purpose, but I feel especially fortunate that I’ve been able to be intimately involved with such signature projects for the health, employment opportunity, and entertainment of our community.”

He credits his success to having a truly supportive family as they afford him the opportunity to give each project focused attention, emotional investment and sometimes long hours in order to get the project to completion.

Zweig received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. He is LEED AP certified. He is married with two children.
