The Woodberry is a six-story, 284-unit luxury residential project built by Klein Enterprises on Cold Spring Lane in Baltimore near Interstate 83 and steps from the Cold Spring Lane light rail station.
The $64.5 million development opened in May and expands on the residential market that’s grown over the past five years in the Clipper Mill, Remington and Hampden areas.
The multi-phase project includes more than 7,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor, while the second phase has 4 acres of developable land.
Construction on the project began in the summer of 2018 and Klein Enterprises secured one of the largest FHA-insured construction loans in Baltimore to build it.
The site features a mix of luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom units adorned with high-end furnishings, 9-foot ceilings, a full-size washer and dryer and a variety of design configurations. Some units have either a balcony or patio.
Community amenities for residents feature a fitness center with yoga room, a game room, club room with kitchen, bike room, pet wash, rooftop deck and salt water pool with exterior patio and grilling area overlooking the Jones Falls Valley.
The site’s landscaping provides access to the Jones Falls hiking and biking trail.
