Madison Marquette,
The Bozzuto Group
(Luminary at One Light)

one-light-street-ab-1118Located in the heart of one of Baltimore’s up and coming downtown dining and shopping districts, Luminary at One Light was developed by Madison Marquette and is managed by The Bozzuto Group.

The $170 million, 28-story tower at One Light Street opened its doors to residents in March 2019 with its first apartments for lease. The project got its official opening before that, however, in October 2018 when M&T Bank moved its local headquarters into 155,000 square feet of office space spread across six floors.

The project was decades in the making and became the first office tower built in Baltimore’s central business district in more than a decade. One Light merges Class-A office space with street-level retail and 280 apartments.

The building has a decidedly modern look and 360-degree views of the city.

Some of the development’s luxury amenities include a private dining room, a resident clubroom, secured parking with direct resident access, a games lounge and a rooftop dog park and pet spa. The building also features a luxury rooftop infinity pool with cabanas and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The Luminary at One Light residential brand was created to inspire its inhabitants to live a meaningful life, to reach for the sky and realize their ambitions in a creative and inspiring environment, said Kara Stettler, senior marketing manager with The Bozzuto Group. Details were carefully curated to ensure a truly luxurious experience.
