With more than a decade of experience in concept and design direction and leading and executing strategic design initiatives to meet business goals meeting strategy, and business goals, Neapolitan was most recently an art director for an integrated creative agency in the region. He has worked with various industries including automotive, professional sports franchises, commercial real estate, recruiting and staffing and in the energy and utilities sectors among others.
