Twenty-seven multifamily communities owned and managed by Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation nationwide have earned a “Top Rated Community” ranking in an annual survey sponsored by ApartmentRatings.com.
Included in the list are 16 properties in Maryland. To earn this distinction, a community must meet parameters that track overall resident satisfaction. Last year, 26 CRC communities were included on the list.
