As women leaders, it is our role to help grow the next generation of leaders. What advice can you share to help impact not only the younger generation but also the women who are trying to grow in their careers and create positive change?

Find your why. Knowing your why is an essential step in building a career that inspires you to grow and lead. Align how you spend your time with what is important to you.

Never stop learning. Be intentional about how you want to grow and what you need to learn — it will all help get you to where you want to be.

Build and invest in your personal network. We all need mentors, career champions, and thought partners to challenge and push us.

Ask what kind of impact you want to have. Find ways to contribute to our community, it’s the best way to create positive change.
