As president and chief brand strategist at The Phoenix, Caulder serves as a mentor and adviser to young marketing and creative professionals around the globe. She has enjoyed an extensive career as an executive in the field of brand marketing for more than two decades, serving in leadership roles at prominent US marketing agencies, providing brand strategy and marketing expertise to Fortune 500 companies, lifestyle brands, government agencies, NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
