Criminal procedure — Motion to suppress evidence — Prior bad act

A jury in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County convicted Isaiah Kelley of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, and two counts of reckless endangerment. The court sentenced him to twenty-five years’ imprisonment for first-degree assault offense and a consecutive run term of ten years, all suspended, for the second-degree assault, to be followed by five years of supervised probation.
