Criminal procedure — Illegal sentence — Juvenile offender

Following a 1994 trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, a jury found Herbert Wilson, appellant, guilty of first-degree felony murder, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence, attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a deadly weapon.
