Columbia-based Lee & Associates brokers downtown Baltimore lease with ConnectRN

Columbia-based Lee & Associates | Maryland, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, brokered a lease with connectRN for 16,643 square feet of space at One East Pratt Street in Baltimore.

ConnectRN is a tech-enabled platform built to improve clinician’s lives through access to community, opportunity and support with headquarters in Boston.

The Baltimore office will as serve as the connectRN sales hub, with about 80 employees working at the 10-story, 350,000-square-foot office building located near the intersection of Pratt and Light streets overlooking the Inner Harbor. The employees will be added throughout the year.

The transaction represented a sub-lease with the International Youth Foundation (IYF) with Bill Harrison and Will McCullough, senior vice presidents at Lee & Associates, representing IYF in this transaction.

The building is owned and managed by Banyan Street Capital.

ConnectRN recently raised $76 million to fuel continued expansion and will utilize the space for new hires across sales, customer service and talent. More than 75,000 nurses and health care workers participate on the platform, with Maryland being a key market. connectRN leased the entire space formerly occupied by the International Youth Foundation.
