Seven multifamily communities, owned and managed by Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, have earned placement on the “Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking,” an annual survey that analyzes and reports the Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) score of more than 128,000 apartments across the country.

Prepared by J Turner Research, a reputation management and market research firm exclusively serving the multifamily industry, 1,303 communities nationally earned this distinction.

The CRC multifamily communities included on the list are: The Edison Lofts in Raleigh, North Carolina; The Flats at Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina; McDonogh Township in Owings Mills; The Reserve at Mayfaire in Wilmington, North Carolina; St. Mary’s Square in Raleigh, North Carolina; Westwinds in Annapolis, Maryland; and Stevenson Lane in Towson.

The “Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking” is derived from a formula that measures multifamily communities across multiple review sites and Internet Listing Services, with this data used to assign an independent Online Reputation score to each property based on a scale of 0-100. The national average ORA is 65.73, and communities have to register a minimum score of 90 to be included on the list.
