Appellant, Keith Hayes, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of sexually assaulting two minors. Hayes presents one question for our review, which we have rephrased: 1. Did the court err in denying the motion to suppress the DNA results
and subsequent photographic identification when the DNA sample used to identify Hayes was obtained pursuant to a search warrant in a 2014 case that was subsequently dismissed and expunged from Hayes’s record?
