MacKenzie brokers Timonium lease deal for Rosedale Federal

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services LLC has brokered a lease with Rosedale Federal Savings & Loan Association for a free-standing pad site location at 1730 York Road in Timonium for the financial institution’s 10th full-service branch baking office.

A Wells Fargo Bank branch formerly occupied the site. Karen Deeley, senior vice president of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant and mfi Realty represented the landlord, 1730 York Road Assoc., LLP in this lease transaction.

Featuring roadside visibility from York Road, and situated adjacent to Ridgely Plaza and the Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville, the free-standing building features one drive-thru lane, with more than 33,000 vehicles passing the site on a daily basis. Contained within an extremely vibrant retail corridor in Baltimore County, nearly 185,000 people reside with a five-mile radius with an average household income exceeding $120,000. Major retailers in the immediate vicinity include Best Buy, Kohl’s, Michaels and Mom’s Organic Market.

This includes checking and savings accounts, certificate of deposits, residential mortgages, loans to fuel business growth, construction loans and related financial services and products

Earlier this year, Rosedale Federal acquired CBM Bancorp, the Baltimore-based holding company of Chesapeake Bank and its four-branch network in Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Harford counties. Last year, the Perry Hall-based financial institution donated nearly $300,000 to support local community groups and causes.
