FEATURED MOVER | Amanda Kodeck, MileOne Autogroup

Amanda Kodeck, the chief giving officer at MileOne Autogroup, was named to lead MileOneCares, the new corporate giving program that will encompass all philanthropic efforts across the company’s 77 franchises.

Kodeck will be responsible for creating, and implementing the giving program. She brings more than 25 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, during which time she launched, developed, grew and evaluated mission and income-driven programs.

Most recently, she served as an independent consultant supporting nonprofits on fundraising, leadership development, grant preparations and research projects. Prior to that, Kodeck had a storied career with the Walters Art Museum serving in several roles including the head of school and docent programs and the director of education and public programs.

Under the newly launched MileOneCares, the primarily focus of its philanthropic outreach will be transportation-related initiatives, such as donating car seats to individuals in need; providing transportation for oncology patients, the elderly and domestic violence victims; and donating vehicles to non-profits through a matching grants program.
