Appellant, Thomas Cothren, filed suit against Dr. Jonathan D. Solomon (“Dr. Solomon”) and his brother, Joshua F. Solomon (collectively, “Appellees”), in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the circuit court erred in granting Appellees’ motion to transfer venue of the suit to the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
