Who was your most significant mentor and what did you learn from that person?
I’ve had several good mentors over my career, but I’ve drawn my greatest inspiration from books. I’m an avid reader—and even worked at my college library throughout undergrad. Some of my favor authors are Robert Pirsig, David Foster Wallace, John Steinbeck, Brene Brown, among many others.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
The truth is, I love what I do. If I wanted to do something else, I would be doing it.
